We have multiple ways for you to be seen safely if you need medical care but are at risk* for complications should you catch COVID.

*COVID Risks include –
Age > 65 years of age, Hypertension, Diabetes with an A1C >9%, Liver disease and cirrhosis, Chronic kidney disease, Chronic obstructive lung disease, Cardiovascular disease, Active cancer and/or on chemotherapy, on Immunosuppressive medication
Family Health Center collects COVID-19 testing specimens and transmits them to Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) for testing. Family health Center does not charge for specimen collection and transport.
Family Health Center can now do some in-house Rapid Coronavirus testing – the patient charge for that test is $100 (Do not let the cost of testing keep you from seeking care. We have a number of financial assistance programs for which you may qualify.)
